Despite the name, I'm not keen on sweet desserts and prefer making delicious natural treats that aren't too sugary.
It's simple.
I think most sweets, desserts and puddings have too much sugar and are full of additives, preservatives and artifical flavours.
Here at Sweet Tooth, I do things differently. All my treats and desserts are freshly made to order using only all natural ingredients, and I significantly reduce the sugar so you can really taste the different flavours that are lovingly blended together.
I like to keep things simple and take my time to bake the old fashioned way without using any hi-tech kitchen appliances.
Using only the basic ingredients necessary for a freshly baked treat that tastes awesome, I also enjoy experimenting with different flavours and textures, as well as finding new and novel ways to reduce sugar to a minimum in all my recipes.
